DOC MY is a garment factory in Tuyen Quang, Vietnam, established in May 2024 and operated by the Wintress team from Dongguan, China. We manufacture swimwear, lingerie and activewear for US and European brands — from sampling to bulk, with inline and final QC.
One factory. 25 production lines. 800 workers. About 800,000–850,000 pcs per month. OEM and ODM. Factory visits by appointment.
Quality Control
Every order goes through inline inspection, end-line inspection and a final AQL check before packing. We check measurement, stitching, appearance, and needle detection. Defective pieces are isolated and reworked or rejected — they are not shipped.
Our Factory
Production is in our own factory in Tuyen Quang, Vietnam — 25 lines, 800 workers, about 800,000–850,000 pcs per month. Pattern, sampling, cutting, sewing, bonded/seamless and packing are handled on site. The technical team is from Wintress in Dongguan, China.
Communication & Shipment
A dedicated merchandiser follows each style from quote to shipment. We confirm critical path, production status and inspection window in writing. Issues found in bulk are reported with photos and a corrective action before goods leave the factory.

In-house bonded and seamless capability for swimwear and lingerie — including bonding, ultrasonic and taping. Embroidery, printing and washing are arranged with qualified suppliers when a style requires them.
All bulk is sewn in our Tuyen Quang factory — not farmed out. Cutting, sewing, bonded processes, packing and final QC sit in one facility, run by a Wintress technical team from Dongguan, China.
We work from a tech pack or reference sample: pattern, proto, SMS/PP, then bulk. Fabric and trims are sourced to the spec; substitutions are confirmed with you before cutting.
We manufacture three categories in Vietnam: lingerie, swimwear and activewear. OEM and ODM — send a tech pack or a reference sample.
